An annual contribution of $1,000 or more to Marin Education Fund's Opportunity Fund is sufficient to establish a Named Scholarship. For many donors, a Named Scholarship helps carry on the legacy of a significant family member, mentor, colleague or friend, while making a significant and life-changing contribution to a Marin Education Fund student.

Named Scholarship donors may elect to establish simple scholarship criteria. Recipients are chosen from the large annual pool of applicants to Marin Education Fund's Undergraduate or Professional and Technical Training scholarship programs.
