Becoming a mentor with Marin Education Fund takes a minimum commitment of one hour per month throughout the student’s senior year. Sometimes it takes only these small words, “You CAN go to college,” to change someone’s future. Marin Education Fund invests in the personal and professional development of our mentors by providing on-going training and support throughout the year.

Training includes:

• Mentoring
• Cultural competency
• Financial aid & scholarships
• College admissions and college entrance exams
